Ray Camp, Sr. DDS, PC

Dr. Camp has had the pleasure of serving the region of west Georgia for over 25 years. He offers his patients outstanding dental care with the gentle caring touch and through his continuing education he gives care that is the state of the art in technology.

Dr. Camp is a native of Douglasville, GA and a graduate of Douglasville High School. He attended the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy in Athens GA. Then he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis, TN. After graduation he worked in public health, then private practice of dentistry with Dr. James Brown in Austell, GA. He later built his own dental office at 719-A Douglas Blvd, Douglasville, GA.

He is an active member in the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northwestern District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has served in many dental positions including the President of the Northwestern District Dental Society that includes 28 counties in Georgia. In 1991 he was made an Honorable Fellow of the Georgia Dental Association and in 1995 he was awarded Georgia Dental Association President Citation. Because of the devotion to quality care and continuing education he earned a Fellowship in the American Academy of General Dentistry.

On a personal level, he has always enjoyed a close relationship with his son, Malone who is an attorney, practicing law. Malone is married to the former Christy Combs of Dalton. They have one son, Max.

Dr. Camp strives to treat patients as they would want to be treated and giving that extra to assure satisfaction.
