Insurance:

The staff is made up of experienced business professionals that understand the dental insurance system. With the information that you provide we will contact your insurance company. After we have received the necessary forms and policy information we use every effort to help our patients receive their maximum benefit. We file claims and accept payment directly from many insurance carriers. Treatments are the same if you have insurance or not.

Dr. Camp accepts insurance where you have the option to seek the services of the dentist of your choice.

Our office takes pride in treating each patient like a family member. The treatment plan remains the same whether you have insurance or not.

Dr. Camp does not accept Medicare, Peachcare, or Medicaid.

Treatment and Financial Assistance:

After a complete dental examination and x-rays, an explanation of dental needs and treatment will be explained to you. A complete treatment plan can be developed and finance options that are available.

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. To facilitate this goal we have developed the following financial options:

1. The following credit cards are accepted for payment of services: Master Card, Visa, American Express, & Discover

2. On approval for amounts over $200.00 a payment plan over a 12-month period with no interest or finance charge. If more time for payment is needed extended payment plans are available on approval. These plans allow patients to complete needed dentistry.
